The Perfect Thanksgiving Dinner??

Hey, I need your help!  What are some of your 'secrets' to the best dishes for the Thanksgiving dinner?  The radio show next week is on how to make the Perfect Thanksgiving dinner, from start to finish (and some healthy tips in any of the categories...).  So, ladies and gentlemen - what are your tips??

Take a thawed 2o pound turkey, marinate it for 24 hours in brandy, basting often. Stuff the turkey with cheeseburgers and bake at 300 degrees for 12 hours while you drink the marinade.

Get in the freezer and remove a Hungry Man turkey dinner and cook it by following the directions on the carton. I have found they are better if you remove them from the package prior to cooking.

Then find some really decadent chocolate dessert and pig out!!!

Sorry, Jen...I'm no help in this department...but be sure you have your cell on turkey day eve for my annual "tell me again how you make whipped jello" phone call! Do you have any of your radio shows taped?

I love homemade cranberry sause. It is so good, and easy to make too. I also like to make my stuffing from a mix of whole wheat bread and corn bread.

Go to your Mother-in-laws! I hope I never, ever have to cook a Thanksgiving dinner! So far so good!

Put out lots of healthy creative things before your dinner starts. Fancy fruits, veggies cut in fun shapes, etc. etc. then you can eat as many of them as you want and you won't be quite so hungry for the really good stuff at dinner. :) Don't know if it would work, but it sounds good right?
