You know your kids have spent way too much of their life on road trips when...
...You come to the end of a 10 1/2 hour drive and your 6 year old says, "Wow, mom, that was a fast trip!"
Of course, it doesn't have anything to do with the fact that I threw my dvd limit out the window and literally let them do a movie marathon almost the whole way... :)
hey jen, found you from myfamily.com. it's fun to see pictures of your kids (and your brother's kids, as well!).
the dvd player is our best friend on road trips! and the dvd limit definitely goes out the window as we drive away from home on our long trips! i still keep somewhat of a limit, but it's a much higher limit!! hey whatever keeps them happy and quiet is good for those long trips!
though we obviously haven't taken as many trips as you guys have because we have NEVER heard that from our kids before!!
