From the mouth of babes (and their older counterparts)....

I love how kids so innocently tell on themselves...

Here is an excerpt out of our day:

Mom, "Seth and Ben, you may not play the Wii until your bedroom is clean"
Boys... zoom past me into the bedroom (which could be classified as a nuclear war zone at this point)...

45 seconds later, they both come zooming past me again on their way downstairs to their beloved Wii...

Mom, "Whoa whoa whoa...is your room clean?"
Ben, "yes!"
Mom, "If  I go look in your room, will I think it's clean?"
Seth, "Are you going to look under the bed?"
Mom, (thinking, well, now that you mention it,) "Yep"
Seth, "Ah, man... c'mon Ben"

... and they both slink down the hall to finish the 'cleaning of the room'

Yep, I love it when the kiddos help you in the disciplining efforts :)

Jen, good one. Ah, heck, Mom, do you have to look under the bed?!
From the "been there done that" Mom.
I love Seth, Sarah, Ben, and Josh. Thanks for giving us such wonderful grandchildren. Just remember until your due date of Nov. 3...it's worth it!
Love from your Mom in Argentina

I hate it when they grow out of that faze. It is the easiest form of parenting.
